Sub ID format is the format that the affiliate networks accept sub ids into their query string. If you don't know what the sub id format is contact your affiliate manager.
SUB ID FORMAT: This is the format of the sub id. It consists of two (2) parts the key (in the example is "subid") and the value (in the example is "ADSENSE"). The value needs to be replaced with "%SUB%" (without the quotation marks).
Example: subid=ADSENSE
Replacement: subid=%SUB%
This is very important and is required for proper tracking.
