How does the 10 day free trial work?

After signing up and verifying your payment details, you will have 10 days to demo the system without charge. After 10 days your paid plan will begin and you will be charged your first payment. Should you cancel your Chooey account before the 10 day free trial ends, you will not be charged.

Does Chooey require a long-term commitment?

No. You will pay a monthly fee and you are free to cancel at any time or upgrade/downgrade your account to suit your needs.

What forms of payment does Chooey accept?

Chooey accepts payments via credit card that are processed by PayPal. PayPal accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover as well as eChecks for some countries. Currently we do not offer any other forms of payment.

What happens if I go over my allocated monthly clicks?

You will be charged $0.0020 (0.2¢) per click after you go over your allocated clicks for the month. For example if you're using the Starter package and receive 40,000 clicks for the month that means you have to pay for an additional 10,000 clicks, costing you an additional $20.

What kind of campaigns can I track with Chooey?

You can use Chooey to track email marketing, ppc, landing page/website campaigns as well as track properties of your own that convert into sales or leads.

What happens to all of my links if my account is cancelled?

Your links will continue to redirect to the proper destination for an additional 30 days, although we will not provide any tracking statistics.

Do I have to use Chooey for affiliate marketing?

No. You can use Chooey on social networks, bulletin boards or in a press release. In short you can use Chooey anywhere you can put a link online and use all the same great reporting tools that we provide.

What web browsers work with Chooey?

Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4, and Chrome 4.
